Delivery

DELIVERY & RETURNS

Your order will be delivered by Parcelforce using their 48 hour tracked delivery service.  

The cost is regardless of how many bottles are ordered at one time. 

Costs are as follows:

£4.95 for delivery to mainland UK (excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands)

£5.95 to Zone 2 The Highlands and Islands of Scotland – postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17- 26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE A. 

£7.95 to Zone 3 Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly – postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25.

Deliveries

Deliveries to mainland UK are sent using our delivery partner Parcelforce. 

Deliveries are sent using Parcelforce 48 hour delivery service.  Due to the age restriction of the sale of alcohol the parcel must be recieved by someone over the age of 18.

Rest of the World and EU:

We are currently unable to ship outside of the UK. 

Returns Policy

If you have any issues with your order and would like a refund, please get in touch with us via emaill at nick@oude.co.uk.

We will endeavour to refund the full value of any products purchased if the conditions below are met:

  • You return the product in question to us within 7 days of receipt of your order to the following address

 Old Mill House, Victoria Road, Quenington, Glos, GL7 5BP

  • Unless the item is damaged or faulty, you must return it to us in a resalable condition; unopened and in the same condition you received it in

  • We are unable to refund the cost of postage, either on your original order or the cost of returning the item unless the product itself is faulty

  • For any damaged or faulty items we will refund the return delivery cost and send a replacement item free of charge or refund the order amount. Please inform us of damaged or faulty items within 48 hours of receipt of the product

  • If the product is damaged when the courier arrives at your door, and shows clear signs of breakage or leakage at the time of delivery, please refuse the parcel and ask the courier to return the goods to us. Please contact us at nicksalter@mac.com to let us know so that we can make arrangements for a replacement or refund.

  • Please note any reimbursement will be refunded onto the credit or debit card used by you to pay for the original purchase.
