Creative Small Independent Distiller

Founded in 2020 Oude is a creative small independent distiller based in the Cotswolds, England, producing an innovative range of premium seasonal spirits using cold distillation for complex taste delivery.   

We take the utmost care and attention to detail using only the finest ingredients to ensure our cold distilled spirits are of the highest quality. Our focus is to include as many fresh, seasonal and local ingredients as we can into our spirits as the vacuum distillation captures there flavour so well.  Careful blending of these individual distillates results in a clean range of flavours that traditional high temperature distilling cannot produce.

We welcome enquiries from both the on trade and off trade companies who would like to stock our range of gins.

Being small and creative we are also happy to create bespoke blends for customers looking for a unique product.  Customers have asked us to create unique blends for their hospitality operations or to celebrate and promote major events such as weddings, birthdays or corporate marketing.

The great advantage of being a small and creative distiller is that we love to collaborate, try new things and push the boundaries in ways that the larger companies simply unable to do.
